None other than Tara Reid's. The paps caught up with Tara Reid at the beach recently and snapped these candids. I don't know what happened to the girl but she's looking sickly. Her stomach is looking not of this world and the skin off her ass is just-a-hangin because the natural fat that's supposed to be in there is gone.
Also, what's up with her hair? She has got to get it together. I'm sad for her.
