Prince Harry Gets Dumped By Girlfriend Chelsy Davy

Chelsy Davy reportedly dumped Britain's Prince Harry after she found secret texts to another woman on his mobile phone.


The 22-year-old Zimbabwean checked Harry's phone after her suspicions were aroused when she heard him having a hushed conversation on his return from watching England play France in the Rugby World Cup in Paris last month.

A source close to the pair told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "It all started when Chelsy overheard Harry having a whispered conversation with a girl after the France game.

"Later she stole a look at his mobile while he wasn't looking and found the text messages. She was furious and when she confronted Harry they had a blazing row.

"Things got worse when Harry insisted on going to the Rugby World Cup final - even though Chelsy knew that the girl in question would probably be there."

Chelsy -- who moved to Leeds to study in September so she could be closer to her boyfriend - reportedly exploded when she discovered the text messages.

She allegedly screamed: "How dare Harry text other girls when I moved all the way to England to be close to him!"

Meanwhile, reports that Chelsy - who looked tired and drawn when she went to get coffee with a friend in Leeds yesterday (12.11.07) - is planning to flee the UK for her native South Africa have been denied by a close friend.

The friend said: "She's not going anywhere. She thinks if she leaves Britain it will be giving Harry the upper hand, and she really doesn't want to do that."

Harry's London home Clarence House have refused to comment on reports the royal has split from his girlfriend.
